Christopher F. Arbuckle

   Christopher F. Arbuckle grew up in Lee’s Summit and graduated from Lee’s Summit High School in 1986.  Chris went on to receive a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.  Chris also received his law degree from that same institution.

    Chris practices in the areas of litigation prevention, business and family disputes, estate and business succession planning, and general litigation.  Chris also has experience with FELA, toxic tort, products liability, and premises liability issues. Chris is licensed to practice in Missouri.

Patrick A. Hagerty 

     Patrick A. Hagerty grew up in Blue Springs, Missouri and graduated from Rockhurst High School in 2004 in Kansas City, Missouri.  Pat went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Saint Louis University in 2008, graduating Magna Cum Laude.  Pat returned to Kansas City for law school and received his law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2011.

      During his time in law school, Pat clerked for the Jackson County Counselor’s Office, working on litigation matters, prison matters, property tax disputes, probate and guardianship matters, and the revision of the Jackson County Charter.  After his time with the County Counselor’s Office, Pat joined Christopher Arbuckle as a legal assistant and has been a friend of the firm since 2009.  Pat is licensed to practice law in Missouri and joined the firm full-time in 2011.

Benjamin N. Arnold

        Benjamin N. Arnold grew up in Olathe, Kansas and graduated from Olathe East High School in 2003. He went on to receive his Bachelor of Arts in History at the University of Kansas. Ben then attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City where he received his law degree.

        During Ben’s time in college and law school he worked at the Johnson County District Attorney’s Office and the Law Offices of Susan Ellmaker where he worked on a variety of legal matters ranging from family law to civil litigation. Ben joined Chris Arbuckle and Patrick Hagerty in 2011. He is licensed to practice in Missouri.

 We practice primarily in the Kansas City area, but have clients from St. Louis to St. Joseph to Springfield.
